Return Process

Initiate a Return Request
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process within 30 days of receiving your veneers.

Review with a Smile Consultant
Our team will review your case and may request photos of your smile to determine if a free remake or adjustments are necessary for a better fit.
3.
Ship Your Product Back
Once approved, pack your veneers and impression kit in the original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our lab.
4.
Processing and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
